Questions we hear before every sprint

What does the fixed price include?

The squad for four weeks, everything listed in scope and the handover. No hourly billing and no extra charge for meetings.

Which models and providers do you use?

We choose with you in week one, based on your data, budget and compliance needs. The integration is written so the provider can be replaced later.

Does our data leave our infrastructure?

Only if you approve it. We can use providers with zero-retention terms or models hosted in your own cloud account.

What if the use case does not work?

The evaluation set shows it at the week-two demo. If the results are below the agreed bar, we review the scope with you before continuing.

Who owns the code?

You do. All code and intellectual property are transferred to you, under an NDA signed before kickoff.

What happens after week four?

Your team takes over with the documentation, or the same squad continues on a monthly maintenance plan.
