Prices and timelines on this website are indicative. A project starts only after a written proposal is accepted and a contract with its statement of work is signed by both parties.

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving confidential information. Information shared before that is treated as confidential in good faith.
5. Intellectual property
The ALKWAR name, logo and website content belong to WGB Soluções de Software Ltda. In client projects, code and deliverables are transferred to the client as defined in each contract.
6. Liability
The content of this website is provided for information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions based on it alone.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, under LGPD and GDPR.
8. Governing law
